A BIT ABOUT ME...
Hi, I'm Caroline Edge, I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have a great passion for fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I had a baby boy in December 2015 which motivated me to further support women in maintaining healthy bodies and minds. Having worked for the NHS as a physical activity instructor for 8 years, I now provide fitness sessions that aim to meet the requirements of every woman. I work with many women in Aldridge, Sutton Coldfield, Great Barr, and Walsall who are busy with families and work. I believe that everyone can enjoy keeping fit and healthy, even if you have underlying health conditions.
I ensure to incorporate a wide range of exercise techniques into all of my routines to make sure there is something for everyone, however, if you would like a routine tailored to suit your own abilities, my personal training sessions may be for you.

"I’ve always loved being active, starting at school when playing in the netball team through to becoming a PE teacher, doing high impact aerobics, dancing etc. Of course, all this took its toll on my knees, and I’ve ended up having two arthroscopies on both knees.
