I have over 15 years’ experience in personal training. I will look into every aspect of your lifestyle to determine a personal training programme that will exceed your expectations. My one-to-one personal training sessions can help provide you with the results you are after, whilst keeping exercise enjoyable.

 

Your tailor-made personal training programme will consist of exercise regimes and healthy living advice. I can also provide specialist programmes to help my clients deal with specific health conditions. How fast can I expect to see any results?

Everyone's results are different, and losing weight is not something that happens overnight. You can normally start to see results within 6 to 8 weeks of regular sessions.

Are your sessions designed for women?

Yes, my fitness classes are completely tailored around women and women's body's. That includes the effects of menopause, hormones, pregnancy, and so much more!

Are online fitness sessions cheaper?

Yes, the online classes are extremely cost effective. You not only get 1 to 1 support, but a library of pre-recorded fitness videos to follow, as well as live group sessions that are held through the week. You can train as and when is convenient for you, as often as you'd like.

Are online fitness sessions cheaper?

No, you do not need any additional exercise equipment or any gym wear. Since our sessions are held at home, they are completely private and give you the ability to work out in what you feel comfortable in.

Can I join with an existing health condition?

Yes, I can tailor any programme around existing health conditions or concerns, please speak to me before joining.

Is there an age limit?

No, I have several clients in more advanced years joining my sessions and seeing results. My classes can be attended by anyone over the age of 18.
